NYCGB’s next fundraising campaign for its Financial Assistance Fund will be the first to be run directly from its new website, allowing supporters to quickly and easily donate at nycgb.org.uk using a mobile phone or tablet.

The Summer Challenge 2017 will run from 7-31 August. During this time, supporters of NYCGB will be able to choose whether to donate or fundraise in support of the Financial Assistance Fund, which directly assists one in five aspiring young singers who would not otherwise be able to participate with the cost of NYCGB auditions, course fees and travel costs.

The Summer Challenge 2017 is the first to be run directly from NYCGB’s own website, following the launch of an upgraded www.nycgb.org.uk earlier this year.

Thanks to the intuitive and mobile-friendly design, supporters will be able to make one-off donations quickly, easily, and directly, with no minimum or maximum donation and no clicking through external pages run by third party fundraising hosts or platforms.  

There are also tools to allow supporters to set up and manage their own fundraising activity, so anyone who feels inspired to run a 5k or host a cake sale in aid of the Summer Challenge will be able to do so.

The Summer Challenge 2017 is aiming to raise £10,000, with all monies and any surplus raised going towards the Financial Assistance Fund in full.
