In his own words:

I joined my first choir at the age of eight and never looked back, singing at school, university and latterly taking a masters degree in vocal performance. In addition to my professional singing background, I have spent many years working in the classical record industry, starting out as a shop assistant in the Aladdin's cave of early music that was Heffers: Sound in Cambridge before becoming a travelling sales rep for harmonia mundi UK and managing the Classic FM record label.

This wide experience of many sides of the music world is incredibly helpful to me in my role as Marketing Manager for NYCGB, which requires a commercial attitude to promotion alongside a heartfelt understanding of the choirs’ artistic and educational aims. But I think the best things that I can bring to the role are my still-fresh memories of being in NYCGB (2000-2007 or so), and how it felt to be part of such an amazing sound, and with such great friends.

For NYCGB:
