JOB SUMMARY:

National Youth Choirs of Great Britain (NYCGB) is seeking expressions of interest for residential course staff.

We’re recruiting for a variety of roles (pastoral, artistic and administration), and we are keen to receive applications from people from a wide range of sectors such as arts, education, social services and health care.

Roles include: Course Assistant, Course Manager, Head of House, Head of Pastoral Care, Section Leader, Senior Pastoral Carer, and Vocal/Musicianship Coaches.

NYCGB is building an inclusive community and we want to achieve meaningful and balanced representation in the sector. To this end, we strongly encourage people of Black, Asian & ethnically diverse backgrounds to apply. We also particularly encourage applications from those who identify as D/deaf or disabled.

Working as an NYCGB staff member is a hugely rewarding experience. It is an opportunity to develop new skills and to support the ongoing work of the organisation, as well as experiencing all the fun and camaraderie that is part of any NYCGB course.

Our ideal candidates will be energetic and motivated individuals who are passionate about the work NYCGB does and are keen to support the growth and development of young people. We are also looking for people who are flexible and willing to be a good team player.

All course staff members receive food, board and travel expenses and each post attracts a stipend which is relative to the staff role undertaken.
