British-Iranian experimental composer, turntablist and artist Shiva Feshareki is creating a ground-breaking new work for the National Youth Choir. British composer Joanna Marsh - described in The Guardian (2019) as “one of today’s leading composers for the voice” - is writing a new piece for the National Youth Girls’ Choir. Steinberg’s sponsorship will support a graduate from the 2020 Young Composers Scheme to write a new piece for the National Youth Training Choir.
