Fellowship

Launched in 2015, the National Youth Choir Fellowship Programme aims to create the most highly skilled and multi-talented choral singers in the UK. Each year, 4 singers aged 22-25 are selected from an intensive three round audition process to benefit from a comprehensive, remunerated training programme which develops outstanding skills in performance, education and leadership.

Imogen Moore

Imogen is a soprano born in Somerset and living in West Sussex. She gained a first-class degree in Music Performance at the University of Chichester Conservatoire, followed by a PGCE in Secondary Music. She loved her time as a choral scholar at Arundel Cathedral. Now working in multiple schools, Imogen enjoys teaching students to sing, as well as leading choirs. As an ex-National Youth Choir member, Imogen is thrilled to be joining the organisation again.

I am so excited for the year ahead! I couldn’t believe it when I found out and it still hasn’t sunk in. I can’t wait to be a part of National Youth Choir again!

Olivia Earl

Olivia started out as a Chorister at Canterbury Cathedral, and went on to study Music with a Choral Scholarship at Royal Holloway, University of London. She graduated with first class honours and the prize for excellence in performance, and is now completing an MPhil at the University of Oxford, researching group singing and wellbeing. Alongside her studies, Olivia sings with the Choir of Merton College, Oxford and Schola Cantorum of Oxford. Additionally, she works with Sing Inside, The VOCES8 Foundation, and is an Accredited Member of Vocal Health Education. She is also an alumna of Genesis Sixteen and a former Choral Scholar of St Bartholomew the Great.

It is such a privilege to have the opportunity to work with the National Youth Choirs in this role, and I can’t wait to get started!

Adam Hilton

Adam Hilton is a Conductor and Baritone based in London. Born in Wrocław, Poland, Adam found his love of music after moving to England and becoming a chorister at Lancaster Priory. He graduated from the University of York in 2022, having started a new chamber choir in his final year. Adam frequently sings across London in concerts and recording sessions and is currently the Conducting Fellow for Hertford Choral Society.

For years I've been amazed by what National Youth Choir achieve. I can't believe that I'm now going to be part of it!

Daniel Rodriguez-Tijaro

I am truly excited to be part of this fantastic Fellowship. It looks like a year full of learning and unique musical experiences. I can’t wait to start and share all that knowledge with my youth choirs in Yorkshire, to contribute to their musical development and find new opportunities for them
